Whats an average drinks spend per person on a night out?

In a London club, so drinks aren't too cheap (￡3?￡4?). 10pm-4am. I need to hit a minimum behind the bar or else the venue owner's gonna get a bit mad.

The rule of thumb here in the states is it is rude in less you spend all your money
