Can alcohol "spoil" if left in the heat?!

Question:

Can alcohol "spoil" if left in the heat?

Can a few (sealed) bottles of liquor or a case of beer spoil or go bad if left in the trunk of a car for a few days when the weather is very warm?

Answers:
Nah, I don't think so. I left some beer in my garage over a whole summer and forgot about it. Then when I cleaned my garage out and found it in August, I just threw it in a cooler and within an hour it was cold, tasty brew (well as tasty as Natural Ice gets)

It's gotta be pretty hot to ruin the beer, but liquors like vodka and everclear won't spoil because it's just ethanol and water.

Alcohol can spoil anything.

less likely that liquor will but beer will go off if too hot. If it is alcohol like vodka probably no problem but if it was something like Bailey's Irish Cream then the non-alcohol parts might go bad.

Yes and it can get skunky too. Also if it refrigerated you can leave it fridgerated because that is one way that it spoils too.
