What do you think about gin just plain and dry with no added flavor?
I cant drink that stuff too strong unless its like orange flavored

I used to read all these books about guys in Africa. They'd always sit on the veranda at the end of the day sipping "pinked gin," which is gin with a few shakes of bitters and nothing more.
I was curious, so one day I tried it. It was awful! Fact is, they used the bitters to mask the taste of their cheap gin.
Stick with the tonic and plenty of ice. I've also heard that Gin, lemon and "Seven" is very good. That's gin and seven up with a big ol' squeeze of lemon.
