Blood Alcohol Concentration and Breath Testers?!

Question:

Blood Alcohol Concentration and Breath Testers?

I have recently bought a breathalyzer, or whatever you want to call it, when i was in japan.

I notice now that it only gives measurements in mg/L, between 0.01 and 99.9.

How does this compare to the australian BAC measurements? I have tried researching and would assume you just move the decimal places (i.e. 1mg/L= 0.01%?)

Any ideas?

Answers:
I can't read all that. Too long.

HOWEVER, this needs to be ralized

The only time when you actually can think clearly is when your drunk, okay? I'm srious. That is the one, the only time. There are some parts of you that are a little impared, sure, but the onyl time you can see the true meaning of life and realzie that who you are when you're sober is comeplety rong, is whern your drunk. Other than that, all you see is this fake truth that isn't even rally truth.

The conversion is .1 on the breathalizer is equal to 100mg%

Let's all throw back a few pints and get pissed! I'm sure we'll figure it out then!
