I think it's from heat.

Many Asian people have this affliction happen when they drink even the smallest amount of alcohol. It has to do with the speed at which the liver De-detoxifies the alcohol. For some the liver isn't very speedy and the poison stays in there body choking off oxygen, they get red spots and have trouble breathing because the alcohol is releasing out of their bodies through there lungs.

nope, but you could be allergic to the yeast. Have seen this happen before. Your skin will look red and feel itchy
I had a friend who reacted bad to drinking alcohol. I don't know if it was an allergic reaction or what. He would get red, itch, his eyes would get red and droopy(after only one drink, and he would seem intoxicated after only a small amount of alcohol.
You might want to have your blood sugar checked and your blood pressure. Just a thought.
