Can you drink alcohal, like for a example a Mike's Hard lemonade, that has been unrefrigerated for a year?

Beer is a food product just like bread. There is an expiration date on beer. Mike's is only good for about 110 days. You would not eat bread 8 months after it expired would you? Some beer is good up to 1 year. These are the imported brands that are packaged to last that long. Mike's is not one of those.
