How full is your cooler?
Was everything cold BEFORE you put it in the cooler?
How hot are the days?
Is the cooler in the sun?
If I pre-chill everything, fill the cooler about 2/3 full of stuff, finish filling it with ice and keep it in the shade I have gotten 2-3 days without a problem. That is with my "normal" coolers. I also have a Coleman xtreme that will keep ice for 5-6 days under those same conditions. Days run 80-90 and nites in the 60s.
