Actually the studies on polyphenol's health usually only apply to individuals over 40 years old.

But there is still some good health benefit for all people regardless of age.

Many studies that have been published over the past 10 years show that any alcohol (booze, beer, wine) has some good health benefit. But of course this is for moderate drinkers only. {1-2 drinks per day for women; 2-3 drinks for men}
But indeed red wine contains the largest amount of polyphenols and so have the best benefits to offer.

So, yes your blush wine is going to have some health benefit but only in moderation and considering the context above.
