Is popcorn fatting?!

Question:

Is popcorn fatting?

Answers:
yes it is

no popcorn farts PLEASE

Popcorn itself is not fattening, what you put on it is.

Buttered, and extra buttered popcorn is fatting. the best is plain air popped. Carmel popcorn is fatting also and kettle popcorn. Popcorn with alot of salt is really bad for you.

Popcorn no, but the butter, cheese and caramel yes.

if you put butter or sugar added on to itsself. and it depends what you cook it in. if you cook it in olive oil, and add no butter, its completely good && healthy. i like popcorn!!

Nope- air popped popcorn has only 31 calories per serving. However, unless you have an air popper, you would have to make it with oil- which brings the calorie count up to 150 per cup, for plain home popped popcorn. A smll popcorn at the movies? over 500 calories because of the oil and butter flavored stuff they use. So if you are concerned, find an air popper...

Not the popcorn but the flavoring is. Like butter, cheese, sugars, etc..

if you have a steam popper and dont add butter, oil, sugar or nuts/chocolate toppings. try just a little sea salt and a spice like curry powder or onion flakes and chopped chives

It depends what you put into it. If you leave it as plain popcorn, then no it is not fattening.
Thought, if you put heaps of butter in it, it's very fattening.
It all depends on what you mix into your popcorn.

It can be fattening if there is a lot of oil in it, you hae to check the amount of fat. The way to do that is to read the label of ingredients on the package.

Only if you put butter and salt on it. Try Molly McButter or fat free butters.

plain popcorn no

Lots of it will do.
