You may be referring to a "Gelatin Shot" . This is one of the many types of shots that comes in multiple colors. Such as:
Cognac Coco a Go-Go
Cosmotique
The Energizer
Pina Gelata
There's many other drinks that may be put in the test tube but they will not be as colorful as the gelatin shots. There is a variation of many shooter drinks. Such as:
After 5
B-52
Blue-Eyed Blond
Butterball
Cement Mixer
Climax
Green Lizard
Harbor Lights
Jelly Bean
Lemon Drop Shooter
Melon Ball Shooter
Overall the test tube bit is just a stylish way to drink shots.
As far as the drink that's flaming, again there are so many drinks of this type, but one of the most common alcohol used to make flaming drinks is the Bacardi 151, more the likely if the drink has a little of Bacardi 151, then the chances is that it's a flaming drink.
Hope this helps, but if we new the colors then it can be narrowed down.
The test tubes are called "Shooters". They aren't always the same. You can get a "broken down golf cart", "b52", etc.
The flaming drink could be a "flaming zambuca". They just light the alcohol on fire.
There are numerous shooters that come in test tubes as well as many drinks that are lit briefly when served. One of the most popular is a "Flaming Dr. Pepper" and it is usually served in a soda glass.
Their called SHOOTERS and there are TONS of recipes on Webtender.com to fill the test tubes.
