Answers:
If I can be conscripted, or legally marry and have a family, then I should be allowed to have a drink. However I think "Drunkeness" should be considered much more seriously and not be tolerated in public as much as it is. Should be more control on how many drinks someone can buy, and people should take more responsibility. I reccomend the rule of 3 per week, no more than 2 in a day.
