Pi?a Colada is a sweet, rum-based cocktail containing light rum, coconut cream and pineapple juice. The drink is typically served either blended or shaken with ice. Two common garnishes are a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.

Just use rum, pineapple juice & cream of coconut and ice in a blender.

Add a ripe banana for banana pina coladas or strawberries for strawberry pina colada.

Very simple, one great blender drink with two very easy variations.

Look for cream of coconut in a can, the coco lopez brand mentioned earlier is good. I found some stuff in a box (mr. goudas or something like that, it sucked). Coconut milk or coconut juice is generally not going to give you the sweetness you need for a good pina colada, you need cream of coconut.

put ice in blender add 1 1/2 oz of rum per serving, add equal parts coco loco or any other coconut juice and pineapple juice. Blend till smooth, garnish with a flag, (orange and cherry) serve in a tall hurricane glass..yum
