Red wine has more health benefits from the red grapes but actually I find red wine more for the cooler days and a chilled white wine or blush for the warmer days. It is all a matter of preference so enjoy which ever you choose weather a California, Spain, Australian or Chilean they are all good wine you can always check with a local wine shop for a suggestion or what they may have on special....

White or rosé in summer and definately red in winter or with red meat !

Reds ... and I don't mean "blushes" or reds that are some half-as* blend of fruit juices or this crazy "merlot" jag everyone is on. I mean good reds that you can watch an eclipse of the sun through, that "grab" your taste buds and won't let go for hours afterwards..
Only the uninitiated and wussies drink "whites".
Reds are great for drinking - a nice Syrah or Cab...
Whites are good for cooking... that's about it.
I like them both but perfer reds
