Phillies vs Malboro cigars?!

Phillies vs Malboro cigars?

are Phillies blunts cigars healthier than Marlboro cigars and yes i know both aren't healthy to begin with but i was just curious because when i smoke a Phillie i feel good (physically) not llike when i smoke malboro cigars (my head hurts and stuff)
