I had a party and have some big (not great) bottles of white in the fridge that didn't get drank. Woudl it be bad to take them out and unchill them and drink another time?

I recommend it because you would have to drink it in the fridge if you don't take it out!

No, don't do it. Wait until the weekend and drink the whole bottle in one go. That way you get a double high - one from the alcohol, the other when you recover from ice headaches!

As long as they haven't been uncorked you can. If uncorked, happy drinking.
