and if use red wine as ingredients, can it be stored for a long time after openning the bottle?

It is an ingredient like any other in your dish so think quality and condition.
Would you use cheap and nasty meat??? So why consider cheap and nasty wine?
Would you use herbs or fruit that are old, dried up and lost all their real taste??? So why use wine that has been sitting around open for a while?
If you think opening it and sticking the cork back in keeps the wine OK it only does for a couple of days at most... same as sticking the fruit or herbs in a bag!
Simple common sense, if you won't drink it don't use it.
