There have been times I've felt drunk three days after my last drink. My cheeks were still pink, and my face still felt warm. Is that normal?

Its in your blood for 24 hours (as in you could get a DWI within 24 hours of your drink fest if ). I knew someone who got in a car wreck the next afternoon after they drank. The cops of course did a sobriety test using a blood sample and sure enough, the guy got a DWI because the alcohol was still in his system even though he felt completely sober.
What you described I've never experienced, I'd have to say that its not normal.
Maybe you're dehydrated? Alcohol always makes you dehydrated. Try replenishing all the water you lost.
