Do you drink during the week?

or just weekends or both!!


Answers:

Good question! It depends. Sometimes I enjoy having a glass of wine or a beer while I cook or with a meal be it a weeknight or a weekend. Sometimes I don't even drink at all on the weekends. I just follow my mood. I just try to listen to my body- I know that I enjoy drinks of all kinds, but I try hard to make it so that I feel that I can enjoy life the next day! I have had too many of those vomiting all day and hating life deals to let myself get there again!
