How can I prevent my face from turning red while drinking alcohol?!

How can I prevent my face from turning red while drinking alcohol?

Even when I drink only one beer, my face turns red and warm to the touch. I don't like the 'drinking glow'. Is there any effective (not urban legend) way to prevent this from happening to me? Or is this allergic reaction going to happen to me no matter what?

It has nothing to do with drinking too much. Even if I have just one swallow of wine it happens.

And no. I am not going to stop drinking.

theres no anyway to prevent your face from turning red after you drank alcoholic drinks. As this is a very natural process that occurs right after consumption of alcohol, and this applies to some people only. not all who consumed alcohol will turn red.
