Is it legal to ship a case of beer from Ohio to Texas?!

Question:

Is it legal to ship a case of beer from Ohio to Texas?

Answers:
It is against the law to send alcohol via the Post Office. You'd have to use a private carrier, like Fedex or UPS.

Yes as long as it's not leaving the country I think you are safe.

why do you want to ship us beer?

well somewhere there probably is a law about transporting alcohol across state lines without paying tax. I know Texas has many counties that are DRY so that probably complicates thing. I know you can ship up to 6 cases a year for personal consumption. You might have to go the ups/FedEx/dhl and pack it yourself. When I used to send wine across the country to dry places I would always say it was olive oil and vinegar. I would say keep it small quantities, pack it tight and make sure its not used for commercial purposes. I guess you can always call ups/fedex and ask them.
