How much top weight can the average refrigerator handle?

I'm looking at putting a wine cooler on top of the refrig, and they seem to have an average weight of around 100 lbs, plus full wine bottles may push it to 150-200 lbs. Can most refrigerators handle 150-200 sitting on top of them? How solid are the tops of refrigerators?

In my opinion, without actually being able to look at one, my guess would be yes, but when you take into account the 200+ lbs of the wine cooler and then the weight of the refridge about 250 lbs, and then add in the food in the fridge you might end up damaging or putting dents into your floor.
When I was in college and needed to reach something high I stood on my mini-fridge which was probably not built to as high of specs as your full size frigde and I weighed about 210.
