Could canned beer that has been opened for 2 weeks be drink again?

Answers:

Yes, but if you are not desperate I wouldn't advise it. That is as nasty as beer could get. The alcohol will preserve for about a day (room temp) after that the sugars and starches would start to go rancid. This is not to say that if you drank it it would make you sick but it won't do you any good. do you know anyone that keeps bacon fat on the stove? It is said that in the "South" if it can't be cooked in bacon fat it is not worth eating. well if it's been kept on the stove (bacon fat) it is rancid.
