Why does anheuser-busch make 10 oz. cans? Why do you drink them?!

Question:

Why does anheuser-busch make 10 oz. cans? Why do you drink them?

I had a buddy in highschool who only drank 10oz. We all made fun of him because we think he did it so he could say he drank more "beers" faster than everyone else who happened to be drinking from 12 oz cans.

Could be a regional thing. I live in southwest PA.

And the price is actually a little lower for a 10 oz case than a 12 oz. So the price is basically the same ounce for ounce. It doesn't really appear that AB is ripping anyone off in any way.

I've never seen a 10 Oz can in my life. Maybe its a regional thing?

Just a way to short the consumer out of two ounces of beer & charge the same amount of money.
Scammers.

easier to keep cold

I never heard of 10oz busch cans????

Spent a wild night in Houma,La. drinking 10 oz Coors lite. Damn can was too small and kept slipping out of my hand that was used to holding 12 oz beers. I can barely remember asking them why 10 oz and not 12oz. I think they said something about it being a law.
I guess maybe if I was dumb enough to drink Coors lite, they were smart enough to sell me 10 oz cans.

I have seen the little cans of pop but not beer.

I drink Bud & Bud Light all the time, I will have to look for those, if they come to my area.

I have friends that just leave the "***" of the beer as we call it, but they make up for it.
