As far as I know there isn't a current Threshers voucher. The last one was valid from 22 March to 1 April.
If you have heard a whisper about a new Threshers voucher then keep an eye on Andy Barrows blog at http://www.spittoon.biz because he is usually first with the news and will have a link to a printable voucher.
Bear in mind that Threshers always has a 33.3% discount when you buy three wines (i.e. buy 2 and get a third free) and the 40% off offer replaces that and you need to buy 6 bottles. So the discount isn't as generous as it seems -- basically the extra discount is the difference between 33.3% and 40%
