It's not a Red Bulltini. That's made with Absolut Citron. The drink you are thinking of is called a "Shirley Speedball". Absolut Vanilla, Red Bull, Grenadine, and a wedge of lime. It's still kind of new, so most bartenders don't know it. You have to tell them the ingredents. 2 oz of Absolut, fill with Red Bull and Grenadine.
