How do u cook scrambled eggs?!

Question:

How do u cook scrambled eggs?

with butter, milk or plain?

Answers:
plain

I use both

Butter and milk.

I do cook my eggs with milk and they always taste very good.

You can use both. It is a matter of prefererence. I usually add some salt and pepper to taste as well. As for other ingredients (mushroom, cheese, etc), it is solely up to you.

grease and heat a skillet on medium heat.
stir eggs with a fork or wire whisk until well blended.
pour in the pan. use a fork to slowly stir continuously until they separate into solid pieces. BE PATIENT AND DONT COOK TO FAST, or they will come out dry.
constantly stir until it reaches the desired consistency.
add salt and pepper to taste.

add some bell pepper or onions for some flavor

I use a little milk, salt, & pepper in mine. And, it's according to what else I'm having as to what kind of grease I use. If I am also gonna cook meat, like bacon or sausage, I use the grease from that to scramble them in.If no meat, canola oil.

milk, with paprika and cheese

Small pat of butter, milk and for a taste sensation throw in some bite sized mussels.........its da bomb. Dont over cook the mussels tho or theyll get leathery, you just want to steam them.

three eggs in a small high container....I put some garlic, pepper and a small dash of paprika....then cut up into teeny tiny bits...a red onion and chopped up pieces of turkey bacon " I fry the turkey pieces first to get crispy". Toss in a pan, scramble it up and serve in a spinach wrap sealed with shredded three cheese....OMG I did not eat this am....NOW I am starving...Gee thanks....:(

Neither. I find the milk waters them down, and I prefer to cook my eggs with vegetable oil rather than butter because it vegetable oil has a higher smoking point, so you can cook the eggs hot and fast. I have found that cooking the eggs for a shorter time at a higher temperature leads to moister eggs.

Fry diced bacon, 2-3 strips, until crisp. In a bowl, mix a bit of flour with some half & half until smooth. Add 2-3 eggs and beat well. Add a bit of salt and pepper, then add the egg mix to the bacon in the pan. Stir to spread bacon bits throughout, then let sit undisturbed until almost set. Break up and flip to brown other side. Serve warm, maybe with a drizzle of melted butter. Mmmmmm...

You can drain some of the grease from the bacon if you wish. If you HAVE to try and be healthy.

egg are for murders!!!! you are a killer... take a dump.

Milk only here.

BUTTER!!!!!

With a little butter, unless I need to make the eggs stretch for more people then I add milk. To make them extra good mix a little shredded cheese in before you cook then out more on top before serving. Good stuff
