No it would have to be something really strong in flavour. Cherry Coke, is a difficult one, really sweet but the undertone changes it. I would go for something really piquant but also quite salty, what about a really ripe Blue Stilton? Or if you are just trying to enhance the flavour an apricot stilton. Think the Blue Stilton would be best though.
