Does wine continue to age after it has been bottled?!

Question:

Does wine continue to age after it has been bottled?

Answers:

Yes, provided it is sealed with a cork. The screw caps, and those "box o' wines" that you see will not continue to mature. You need something that breathes, like a cork. Other types of containers will not allow oxygen to penetrate, and therefore not age.
