Which wines have similar taste to sparkling grape juice?

I am new to wine and have discovered I am not big on the alcohol taste. I love the taste of sparkling grape juice. Which wines give the juice taste without the strong alcohol flavor? Also how do I know which wines fit this criteria when purchasing or dinning out?
