I'm turning 21, any good suggestions on a celebratory drink?

I love coffee and chocolate. Not a fan of rum and can't do amaretto. I want something kinda fancy. Thanks for your help!

Definitely the dark and white Russians (chocolate n such) Perhaps a grasshopper (mint and chocolate) or even in Irish coffee may be good. Though the coffee is more of a sipping drink, and sometimes they make them WAY too strong (which sucks, but you can ask for it to be lighter than normal).

Don't go too far, and drink your drinks slowly. Also don't leave your drink unattended (leave it with a friend you TRUST if you must!). I've seen friends get GHB (Date rape drug) slipped into their drinks. Thankfully we noticed the odd reaction they had and got them out of there asap.
