Does anyone have a martini recipe that uses pineapple infused vodka?
I have infused some Absolut vodka with fresh pineapple, but cannot find a good recipe to make a pineapple martini using it. Any suggustions?

Van Gogh makes a really good Pineapple Vodka. I use 2 oz. Pineapple vodka,1/2 oz. triple sec and 1 1/2 oz. of cranberry juice.
Anything other than unflavored gin or vodka and dry vermouth is NOT a martini ... it's a "puss-y-tini".
BUT since you asked . . . ... well chill the class . . . 3-oz of your infused vodka... 1/2 oz dry vermouth, stirred or shaken with ice ... strain into a martini glass and garnish with a pineapple chunk. Or .. if the glass is wide enough ... float a smaller pineapple ring on top ...
You can substitute a 1/4 oz dry vermouth and 1/4 oz orange juice too.
I've never used fresh pineapple, but I love pineapple martinis made with pineapple juice, vodka and Malibi rum.
