Does anyone know how many grams of sugar is in a glass of wine ?

All depends on the type-most dessert wines like Colombard have a high sugar content, while most reds have lower amounts. More of a taste n' tell kind of thing. :)

Both red and white wine varieites come in varying degrees of sweetness and fruitiness. Most are labeled as either sweet or dry, and every variety has a slightly different level of acidity and sweetness. Wine coolers are generally sweeter than anything else, though some Jewish wine producers like Manischevitz can often contain a lot of sugar. It really depends on whether or not sugar has been added to the wine during fermentation.

Regular dry white or red has essentially 0 grams. Reislings and other off-dry to sweet wines have different amounts, depending upon the %RS (residual sugar).

two part answer for you. First, there is no added sugar in wine. Like table sugar sucrose. Second, there are carbs (which diabetics consider sugar) and according to my mom's diabetic carb counter book 1.5 grams of carbs in a 5oz glass of wine. Which is considered slim to none, because the 1.5 grams may or may not be carbs/sugar at all. It is whatever else that was too small to be measured.

This question is impossible to answer without knowing how large the wine glass is and how much sugar is in the wine. If you know both, then it is simple mathematics.

First find out how much sugar is in the wine. That is measured as RS (residual sugar) in grammes per liter. Go to the winery website of the wine you are interested in and look for the winemakers notes on that wine.

There is a wide variance in the amount of RS in a wine, from 1-2 g/L in a dry wine to 135g/l or higher in a sweet dessert wine

If there are x g/L in the wine, and the wine glass is a standard 125ml (i.e. one sixth of a standard bottle or one eighth of a liter) then the grams of sugar per glass is
