Buying Japanese Sake (Junmai Ginjo or Junmai Daiginjo) in St. Louis, MO or Southern Illinois?

My friend is about to turn 21 in a couple of weeks and he wants to drink some high quality Japanese sake for his birthday. Other than ordering online, is there a store in the St. Louis or southern Illinois area that sells high quality sake? Since it's my friend's birthday, money is no concern, I just want to find the best sake money can buy in St. Louis or Illinois.

I have purchased sake at World Market before. There are several in Illinois. I bought mine at the World Market in Champaign, IL. It wasn't too bad, either. Good luck!
