Looking for the name of a singer in Budweiser commercials?!

Looking for the name of a singer in Budweiser commercials?

He has a very unique voice. He is white, wears dark sunglasses and a small black goatee. I can remeber him singing Budweiser commercials in the early eighties. Can anyone help me with his name?

I believe that was Leon Redbone. his musical style is sort of jazz, some blues too. Sometimes it has a comical edge too.
