What the current UK drink drive limit for an adult male (in pints of beer terms)?!

Question:

What the current UK drink drive limit for an adult male (in pints of beer terms)?

Answers:

It's difficult to really say an exact amount in terms of pints etc, as the limit is set by % of alcohol in your system- which will vary between people if they are different size/weight. Also, measures of wine/spirits have increased since the initial government guidelines on the amount that is allowed, so it's difficult to follow. So I'd always say stick to none if you drive. 'Just one' easily leads onto another, so not having any at all is probably best. My sister was hit by a drink driver a couple of years ago. She thankfully survived, though had to endure months of hospital treatment, physio etc and still suffers with pain etc. There are plenty of victims who don't survive though, so drink driving is a big no-no. If you're planning on driving, stick to non-alcoholic drinks. Please people. Holly xxx
