What is a good rum that has a cool antiquey label? I'm looking for something that would resemble pirate's rum. How much rum should you drink on a single occasion? How is it different from beer, wine, etc.? Are there any health benefits like red wine?

I'm not sure about the pretty labels of things, usually the prettier it is themore expensive. And using it depends on your weight. And there are no health benefits from it. Its usually made from sugar. nothing too fancy.
