It is good but 10 Cane Rum is better (but terribly expensive)

I know that when a guy once asked me what I wanted to drink and I said rum, he brought this stuff. I absolutely hated it.
I work in a fine dining restaurant and this is our house rum so it's decent but there are much better rums out there.
As far as rum goes...I prefer Bacardi superior but why ask many people's opinions about it? Taste it and judge for yourself.
Captain Morgan's is good with rum or even ginger ale. But I like Bacardi best. AAAAH Bacardi and Coke.
Captain Morgan is a spiced rum with a hell of an advertising team. I don't like it. It's overpriced and harsh. Lots of sugar added to it to 'enhance' the spices.
There are recipes on the net for spiced rum that you can make yourself and control the ingredients of.

Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum is a lower midgrade rum and the Private Stock is higher midgrade rum but by no means the best
try the original spiced rum w/ mountain dew, its great.
