Answers:

Many of these folks could be correct in stating you're allergic to the hops used in the brewing process. However, I doubt it's the malt. As a paramedic, private bar owner, and home brewer, I've been able to really dive into the different ingredients used in brewing. There is also a possibility you have an allergy to brewing or wine yeast depending on which sort of beer you drink. Domestics do not contain as many hops as say your microbrews, craft beers, or most imports. So I would say that isn't it, unless you consume a lot of these. Is this something that has always happened to you, or have you just started noticing this? Have you changed brands of beer? These are also things you need to look at. You also might have a slight reaction to the grains contained in the malt, but I wouldn't bet the bank on that as many items we consume in our foods contain grains. It also may be a simple answer as the more you drink, the less you tolerate the overall carbonation of beer. In this case, you'll just have to deal with a few sneezes to enjoy one of life's greatest treasures :)
