Could a wine be made using the below listed concentrate.?!

Question:

Could a wine be made using the below listed concentrate.?

I am aware that I would have to add other ingredients, sugar yeast and so forth; the point is -- would the Sodium Benzoate be a problem. I have done this before but never with a preservative in the mix...

Grape

Super Concentrate 1.00 Gallon
Water 14.94 Gallons
Sodium Benzoate 227.30 grams
HFCS 48.71 Gallons
Citric Acid 9.74 lbs.
Yield 64.95 Gallons of 5+1 Concentrate

Answers:

Sodium benzoate is found naturally in cranberries, prunes, greengage plums, cinnamon, ripe cloves, and apples.

You probably can get it to ferment OK.

About 30 years ago, I once made wine from red Kool-Aid. Actually, it wasn't all that bad. I don't think you will win any awards with a mix that's 75% high fructose corn syrup, but it's not likely going to be worse than my Red Kool-Aid Wine.
