I have a bottle of vermouth. what drinks can i make with it?

recipes appreciated. the less boozy the drinks taste, the better. what can i say--i'm a lightweight! thanks in advance

by the way--does vermouth go bad? how would i know if it were bad?


Answers:

Martini - 2 ounces Gin or Vodka + 1/2 ounce Dry Vermouth
