How to figure out mix numbers?

being you're asking in the beer wine, & spirits section I am going to take a wild guess and say you're looking at a drink recipe, and I'd say it is in ounces.... or possibly parts.... ie. 1 part cola 1/3 part burbon.... but this is a WILD guess you don't really give enough info in your question.... sry!
