I don't think I can name them all but here are a few:
Any spirits mixed with juice instead of coke/lemonade e.g. vodka and orange, Malibu and pineapple, archers and orange, martini and cranberry. Or any spirits without a mixer if you'd prefer.
Creamy drinks such as Baileys, Dooleys, Mudshakes (vodka milkshakes)
Schnapps
Lots of wine
I'm sure I will think of loads more once I send this!

Most alcholic drinks are not fizzy/sparkling. Its only stuff like chamapagne thats fizzy.
I din't think that much space would be allowed on here... not to name ALL. Have you ever been in a liquor store? There are hundreds plus of different types of alcohol, most of them not fizzy/sparkling. Go to a store and look around, and ask the staff for help/suggestions.
