I am trying to find this scotch/whiskey from Puerto Rico for my dad's birthday. Does anyone know of a website that lists imported liquors from other countries that i could order online? thank you for helping!!

Puerto Rico is the world's leading rum producer; 80% of the rum consumed in the United States hails from the island. Bacardi is the Puerto Rican rum most widely consumed in the United States. It is followed by other popular brands, including, Ronrico, Castillo, and Don Q. Captain Morgan uses Puerto rican rum too.
I have never heard of any scotch or whiskey being produced here.
