Should we complain to the beer coompanies or not?!

Question:

Should we complain to the beer coompanies or not?

We weighed full beer cans and found out that eachone actually weighs differently than the other ones. This means you are actually getting more or less beer than you think you are, depending on how each can weighed. Would it be wise to complain, or would that mean losing out on possible extra beer? I do not feel that the differences in weight were due to can variances. I feel it is due to a liquid variance but I did not test that out to see if I am right or not yet.

Answers:
As advertised on the cans, they measure in fluid ounces. So I'm sure you'd have to settle out of court. say maybe a free case?!

look inside them, they are sold by volume not wieght.

Drink a couple more and it won't matter.

Interesting! I have definitely thought there were differences in the amount of beer... some seem to have more, some less, and you can't say anything about it "settling during shipment" because it is a liquid... but I have never done a scientific experiment to find out for sure ;-) I guess you should complain. It won't change their manufacturing practices, but maybe they will send you a free case! How much were they off?

Call the number on the can. What's the worst that will happen? They'll blow you off. What's the best scenario? They will offer you money or free beer!

Simple solution to this is to make your own beer and forget about the domestic swill they sell at your local party store....then you know how much is in each bottle.
