Papa Smurf drink?
I had this drink at a pub and it was GOOD. Does anyone have this recipe? It was over ice not frozen/slushy. thank you

Drink Ingredients:
1 crushed blue popsicle
8 oz Kool-Aid?
4 oz vodka
Intructions:
Mix and chill vodka and kool-aid. Crush blue popsicle and add to mixture. The crushed popsicle should settle at the bottom of drink, making it appear as a blue layer at the bottom and a red layer on top.
