Health. Water of cups or bottle?!

Question:

Health. Water of cups or bottle?

How many cups of water does a person need to drink a day?

Answers:
at least 8, so 64ounces of water is what is considered healthy

8 8oz glasses... They sell big water jugs that hold the correct amount for one day. I use mine every single day at work. It's really helpful and you know that you're getting as much as you should! Good luck!!

i don't know how many you NEED to drink, but all diet books I have seen recommend as close to 96 ounces as you can get.

It is recommended that you drink 8 x 8oz glasses a day but it really depends on many different variables like:
your activity level
temperature (outside temp.)
your size
diet (do you eat salty food or a lot of fresh veggies and fruit)
etc.
I follow the simple rule of keeping my urine clear. I'm 6'2", and pretty active so I consume at least 80 oz a day, usually more.

Half your body weight in ozs. So if you weigh 160 lbs, you drink 80 ozs....200 lbs, 100 ozs. etc. The bigger you are, the more water you need to cushion your joints etc.

8-10 per day
