hi there people. i recently mixed a few fruits in a big container (grapes, apples and so on).
when will the mixture ferment completely?
is there a time at which it would be dangerous or poisonous to drink?
what else can i add to it?

hey, we need more info. what are you trying to make. is it only fruit in there right now? I would put some fruit juice and some sugar. after it ferments mix with a carbonated bev and have a generic sangria. more ifo please!
