What's the best remedy for a really bad hangover?!

Question:

What's the best remedy for a really bad hangover?

Answers:
hangovers are caused by 2 things: dehydration and vitamin deficiency resulting from your body processing so many toxins.

that being said, the best thing to do is take 2 vitamin B12 with a big glass of water before you go to bed. that will help prevent the hangover before it even starts.

if your night is too crazy for that kind of foresight, take the vitamin B12 and water with something for the headache(tylenol, aspirin, etc) and take a nap.

college induced alcoholism

start of not drinking or take a couple asprin before you do.

Drink a beer...sounds weird but thats what I heard and some say it works.

eat menudo

Sleep

I wont say the name but its powerdy and white

alka seltzer ... drink in the morning... make ya feel all good

Prevention. Think before you drink (bad beer), and use, but don't abuse. Enjoy with moderation.
A decent beer does not cause a hangover.

Believe it or not, a cold beer as soon as you come to in the AM.

I have never tried it but everyone tells me that Menudo (a mexican soup) is the ticket for hangovers. Prevention works better for me. The primary cause of hangovers is dehydration due to the alcohol. Drink water periodically while you are drinking and drink a huge glass of water before you go to bed. This should really help.

ive be,,,.be.......been de,de,d,d drinkenfer(hc),years,,,,,,foun... b.be..best w.w.way round that p,,p,problem,,,,,is sxphstay drunk,,,,,,,,seriously ,,drinkin to excess leads to (2)intracellular depletion of b vitamins,,(1),blood levels of acetaldehyde,,,,,drink a lot of water to enable system to get restored to ,s.so,,,,s,,,s,sobriety,,,,,,,... is broken down at rate of (pure)1 oz perhour

A can of carbonated juice not diet and a full cooked greasy breakfast not good for your health but does cure hangovers

Eat a little before you go to bed. Wake up drop a load. Drink a lot of cold, sugary juices, sodas, etc...

take two pain relievers before you go to bed with a big glass of water, keep the water by your bed if you need a sip during the night. Always works wonders for me!

gatorade really helps, drink lots of water and take an aspirin

Drink a beer or two, hair of the dog

If I have a long night of drinking before I go to bed I drink a large gatorade and take 2 asprins. gatorade for the dehydration which is what a hangover is and asprin for that pounding headache. And start the morning with another gatorade. I know it sounds crazy but it really helps me.
I hope it helps you

Before you go to bed, puke good, gets the unabsorbed alcohol out. Drink water before going to bed. A hangover is two things, mild to severe alcohol poisoning (hence the puking) (alcohol is a poison, believe it or not) and severe dehydration. If you wake up with a hangover, water pain pills and time are the only true way of getting rid of it. The myth of drinking beer only makes you think that you are better. Just like how the beers the night before made you think that puking on that girl would make her want you.

start drinking again

I always drink 2 fruit punch powerades...they are tasty but watery so if you throw them back up, they don't taste terrible. Then after you've been drinking these for atleast two hours, and know that your stomach is safe to handle foods, I recommend going to a Charley-O's and ordering a chicken club sub--no fries (the grease rots your stomach and gives you the shits faster then you'll get them on your own) and a water, and walla. You'll start to feel better. Maybe top the whole shin-dig off with a nap.

Hangovers are caused by a combination of dehydration and vitamin deficiency, specifically B-complex vitamins. B vitamins and water both get used up when your liver metabolizes the alcohol and your kidneys flush out the waste.

The cure: take in B-complex vitamins and lots of water to replace what was lost.

Bonus:Having too much mead (honey wine) doesnt cause hangovers. It's so rich in vitamin B that the drinker ends up with more vitamin B than what he started with
