Alcohol levels in beer vary from state to state they are controlled by your state government ex: Utah beer can be no higher than 3.2% while most other states 5.0% Thats why beer is bottled locally in most cases

depends on what state you live in some states 5% some states 6% and probably different in some others

Depends on where you live, which state in the USA. Utah beer is all 3.2 (yuck) Nevada legal limit is 4.5, Wyoming's is 6.0
