How can you tell when all the alcohol has evaporated from whiskey?

is it when the drink no longer "burns"?


Answers:

No that would just tell you i is a well aged whiskey alcohol can only evaporate from whiskey by heat reduction as when saucing. Whiskey only burns when it is of an inferior quality.
